Perth Halloween

Halloween isn't celebrated in Perth that much, so we went to the Halloween Carnival sponsored by the American Women's Club of Perth to get our little bit of Halloween fix. Since it is spring here instead of fall, there aren't any real pumpkins, and people don't decorate their houses, so instead they held a "Trunk or Treat", and people decorated the trunks of their cars and handed out candy in the parking lot of the International School of Western Australia. Tulsi did at least take a curious interest in the people in costume, and I think she will enjoy it a lot more next year.
