What's Different About Australia?

So far:

> At the immigration desk: In the US, the immigration officer gives you a blank stare. In Australia, the manager comes out to help you with your bags and tells his people to process your passport while you're allowed to go pick up the stroller from the oversized items area.
> At the shopping center: There is a butcher and a baker (no, no candle-stick maker)
> Parks have barbeques that are freely powered by natural gas...but there aren't any water fountains:

> You pay $28 for two servings of fish and chips and a coke. And then you're charged $2.20 for a small dish of ketchup:
