Tried to follow your suggestion and catch a show at the Grand Ole Oprey but there were no shows the days we were in town :( Instead we had a look through all the atriums in the Gaylord Opreyland Hotel (quite amazing how they've made the whole hotel into one big hothouse) and took a cruise down the Cumberland River on the General Jackson paddleboat. The show and lunch buffet (have since taken a bit of a liking for sweet tea) were really enjoyable despite us being the youngest people on the boat by about 30 years;)
